Description

This single shaft conditioner consists of cylindrical tank, single transmission shaft, adjustable paddles, multiple steam injection ports and independent drive motor.

Powder raw materials enter the tank, mixed with high-temperature steam and water. Stirred by paddles, materials get heated, humidified and starch gelatinized to improve plasticity, then directly feed to extruders or pellet mills. It matches production lines for aquatic, poultry and livestock pellet feed.
