Hammer Beater

Hammer Mill Beaters are the most critical and wear-prone working components in a hammer mill. Mounted on the rotor through pivot pins, they rotate at high speed to reduce materials through impact, friction, and shearing forces.

Flat rectangular hammers are the most widely used due to their simple design,
ease of manufacture, and excellent versatility. They typically feature two pin holes, allowing all four corners to be used in rotation to extend service life.

 Other designs, including stepped, polygonal, ring-shaped, and knife-edge hammers, are selected to suit different material grinding requirements.

Application:
Widely used in hammer mills for crushing corn, soybean meal, wheat, fish meal and other raw materials in animal feed, aqua feed and pet food production lines.
