This combined conditioner consists of multi-stage conditioning units, which can be matched with single-shaft and twin-shaft modules, and each layer is independently driven. Its core advantage is extending conditioning duration and boosting raw material starch gelatinization, so as to greatly upgrade finished feed quality.
FEATURES
  • Powder materials flow through sequential conditioning chambers and fully interact with high-temperature steam and water step by step.

    It extends material residence time drastically, raises starch gelatinization rate, enhances pellet water stability and reduces pulverization rate. Treated materials are then conveyed to pellet mills or extruders.

    It fits production lines for shrimp, crab, marine fish, aqua feed, animal feed and pet food.
