The DDC adopts a double-semicircle stainless steel tank, fitted with two counter-rotating shafts of different diameters, adjustable paddles, segmented multi-point steam spray nozzles and liquid additive ports.

After powder materials enter the feed conditioner, the two differential-speed shafts stir materials in opposite directions to form figure-8 three-dimensional circulation. Raw materials fully blend with high-temperature steam, water, grease and molasses for extended conditioning time. It greatly raises starch gelatinization rate, improves pellet water stability and lowers powder loss. Conditioned materials are directly fed into pellet mills or extruders, widely applied in production lines for shrimp, crab, marine fish and high-grade livestock animal pellet feed.
