Description

The Pellet Mill is a key machine in a feed production line. It is used to process powdered materials into uniform and high-quality feed pellets.

The material is evenly fed into the conditioner and mixed with steam before entering the pelleting chamber. Under high pressure from the rollers and ring die, the material is pressed through the die holes to form pellets and cut to the required length.

It is widely used for livestock, poultry, ruminant and aquatic sinking feed production. Different ring dies can be selected to meet various feed formulations, pellet sizes and capacity requirements.
